Jamie Bailey

Recruiter for Teacher Prep Programs

Dr. Jamie Bailey is the Recruiter for Teacher Prep Programs and is a proud alumna of University of Delaware. She holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education, a master’s degree in School Leadership and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.

Prior to her role as a recruiter, Dr. Bailey worked in the Office of Clinical Studies where she was the Associate Director and helped to create University of Delaware’s Residency Program. She also led professional development for students and clinical educators. Before coming to UD, Jamie had many roles in education. She was a teacher for nine years and then spent two years in an Assistant Principal Internship. She worked as an adjunct instructor at Wilmington University and spent some time as a field supervisor providing feedback and support to teacher candidates at University of Delaware.
